Andy C biography
Andy C, real name Andrew Clarke, is an English DJ and producer and co-founder of record label RAM Records. A pioneering Drum and Bass DJ since the genre's emergence in the early '90s he has consistently been voted World's Greatest Drum and Bass DJ.[citation needed] He specializes in fast mixing, often employing three turntables, and is known for mixing established classics with cutting edge releases.
Andy C began his DJ career at raves in his native Essex at the age 14. Since then he has become one of the world's most revered Drum and Bass DJs, performing at Drum and Bass events worldwide. He is also an accomplished producer - working solo, with Ant Miles as Origin Unknown and also with both Ant Miles and Shimon as Ram Trilogy. Between them, they have produced many enduring anthems such as "Titan", "No Reality" and "Valley of the Shadows", as well as a large number of remixes.
